Where do I pick up the ebike?
You can pick up your e-bike at our North Vancouver store or on campus. For the widest selection and best availability, we recommend visiting our North Vancouver location.
What if I’ve never ridden an e-Bike?
No problem at all. We’ll guide you through everything — from controls to riding tips — so you feel comfortable and confident before heading out.
Can I choose which e-bike I get?
We’ll match you with the ideal bike based on your height, comfort, and riding preferences — ensuring the best possible experience. Our full selection is available at our North Vancouver store.
Do I need to leave a deposit or security hold?
No deposit is required, though we ask to keep your credit card on file for security — it will only be used if necessary in the event of damage, loss, or late returns.
What happens if the bike is damaged or stolen?
Participants are responsible for up to $750 maximum liability for damage or theft beyond normal wear and tear.
