Thank you for shopping at Reckless Shipyards! We truly appreciate your business and want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy, we've got you covered with our return and refund policy.
Return Window
Items purchased in-store or online are subject to a 30-day return policy (7 days on bicycles)
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Special order.
Return Process
Getting started with a return is easy! Just email us at team@RecklessShipyards.ca, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm we've got it and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit minus 18% restocking fees will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, just contact us at team@RecklessShipyards.ca.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. Sometimes it takes up to 10 days for your bank to post the transaction. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at team@RecklessShipyards.ca
