Bianchi E-Oltre Ultegra Di2 – Carbon e-Road Bike with Mahle X30 Motor
The Bianchi E-Oltre Ultegra Di2 is the ultimate expression of Bianchi’s racing DNA fused with cutting-edge e-assist technology. This is not just an e-road bike—it’s a pure performance machine designed for riders who demand the sharp handling, aerodynamic efficiency, and premium feel of a pro-level road bike, with the intelligent advantage of seamless electric assistance.
Built on Bianchi’s full-carbon Oltre e-road platform, powered by the discreet Mahle X30 rear hub motor, and paired with the electronic precision of Shimano Ultegra Di2 2x12-speed, the E-Oltre Ultegra Di2 delivers a ride that’s as fast and refined as it looks. Whether you’re tackling long climbs, chasing high-speed group rides, or simply extending your range, this bike keeps you in the performance zone while giving you the confidence of an electric boost when you need it.
Electric Assist That Elevates Your Ride
At the heart of the E-Oltre Ultegra Di2 is the Mahle X30 Drive Unit—a lightweight, compact rear hub motor producing 40 Nm of torque and 250 W of smooth, natural-feeling power. Controlled by the iWoc ONE head unit with integrated e-shifter compatibility, it delivers proportional support that matches your pedalling input perfectly.
A fully integrated Mahle iX250Wh battery is hidden within the downtube, preserving the clean lines of the frame. The battery offers excellent range for most rides, with the option to add a range extender for longer days in the saddle.
Full-Carbon Aero Race Frame
The E-Oltre’s full-carbon Oltre e-road frame is a product of Bianchi’s aerodynamic expertise, featuring:
- Fully internal cable routing (ICR) for a clean, wind-cheating profile
- Pressfit bottom bracket with integrated Mahle torque sensor
- Flat-mount disc brake system for modern stopping power
- 12×135 mm rear / 12×100 mm front thru-axles for stiffness and responsive handling
- Size range from 47 to 61 cm for a precision fit
The matching full-carbon aero road fork enhances stability and vibration damping while maintaining razor-sharp steering at speed.
Electronic Precision – Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-Speed
Equipped with Shimano Ultegra Di2 R8150, the E-Oltre offers lightning-fast electronic shifting with near-zero maintenance and unmatched reliability.
- Shifters: Ultegra Di2 12-speed dual control with wireless connectivity
- Front Derailleur: Ultegra Di2 R8150, 2x

Braking & Control
Stopping power is provided by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors front and rear, ensuring consistent, fade-free braking in all conditions. The Velomann AL6061 stem and Velomann Aero Compact alloy handlebar (aero-shaped, ergonomic reach/drop) offer precise control and comfort.
Wheels & Tires – Built for Speed
The E-Oltre rolls on Velomann Plutonium carbon wheels with a 50 mm aero profile—tubeless-ready for lower rolling resistance and improved puncture protection. These are paired with Vittoria Rubino V 28c G2.0 TLR tires, offering an ideal blend of speed, grip, and durability for high-performance road riding.
Comfort-Optimized Fit
A full-carbon aero seatpost with reversible ±35 mm clamp allows fine-tuning your saddle position, while the Velomann GND Full-Fit saddle ensures comfort during long-distance rides. Bianchi Hexagon 2.5 mm bar tape provides a secure, cushioned grip.

Manufacturer Warranty
CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY BIANCHI FRAME
This Conventional Warranty on the Bianchi frame is provided in addition to the legal warranty.
Therefore, this Conventional Guarantee does not intend in any way to limit, exclude or prejudice the right of consumers to benefit from the legal guarantee provided by the applicable law.
CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS ON BIANCHI FRAME
The conventional warranty on the Bianchi frame is provided for 5 years from the date of delivery of the frame itself provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The frame must be new (so it must not be used or second hand).
- The frame must be part of the Bianchi range and have been purchased from one of the authorised Bianchi dealers listed on the website www.bianchi.com or from authorised online dealers (hereinafter all briefly referred to as “Authorised Dealers”).
- The buyer must provide proof of purchase of the frame;
- The buyer must provide proof of the electronic registration of the frame, by scanning the QR code on the frame itself (near the bottom bracket/engine area) or via the website www.bianchi.com under “Register your Bianchi”;
- The buyer must check the frame purchased together with the Bianchi Dealer before taking possession of it, in order to ascertain its conformity to his/her expectations and/or the presence of any visible defects. Registration is equivalent to confirmation of having carried out the aforementioned conformity check with the Bianchi Dealer and of having received the Product in perfect condition and ready for use, equipped with the relevant User Manual(s).
- The frame must be used in accordance with the intended use stated in the relevant User Manual.
- The purchaser must have kept the frame in a correct state of maintenance according to the instructions contained in the User Manual and any technical interventions must be carried out only by specialized personnel belonging to the Reseller network.
- The person requesting warranty intervention, pursuant to this Conventional Warranty, must be associated with the purchased product.
- The technical assessment to be carried out at the Bianchi laboratory must confirm the original defect of the frame.
It is also specified that the services in execution of this Conventional Warranty will be provided exclusively through the Retailer from whom the buyer purchased the frame and/or from whom he had the frame assembled on the Bianchi bicycle. To this end, the buyer must contact the aforementioned Retailer.
WHAT TO DO IF A CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY INTERVENTION IS NECESSARY
In the event that, during the period of validity of the Conventional Warranty, the frame requires repair due to an original defect, the purchaser must immediately contact the Bianchi Dealer where the frame was purchased and/or assembled on a Bianchi bicycle, describing the problem that occurred and having it examined, bringing with him the proof of purchase and the registration confirmation of the purchased Bianchi product.
The intervention under the Conventional Warranty may be performed exclusively through the Dealer from whom the frame was purchased and/or assembled. In all cases of purchase from a Dealer where the latter is unable to provide the warranty service directly, the Dealer will arrange for the collection of the frame (or if necessary the bicycle) and its shipment to Bianchi for repair, as well as the subsequent return of the product to the end customer. Within the limits permitted by law, shipping costs will be borne by the person requesting the warranty service and will be reimbursed by Bianchi only upon specific request and against documentation certifying the amount paid, provided that the operation of this Conventional Warranty has been recognized. In the event of a request for repair or replacement in relation to which the non-operation of the Conventional Warranty is ascertained, Bianchi will provide the requester with the cost of the intervention, before carrying it out. In any case, the costs for returning the frame (defective or repaired) to the buyer will be borne by the latter.
In the event that the buyer turns to a Dealer other than the one from which he purchased and/or assembled the frame, such Dealer may refuse to take charge of the management of the practice. In the event that the Dealer other than the one from which the product was purchased agrees, however, to take charge of the practice, he may request additional costs from the buyer which will remain entirely at the buyer's expense.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND EXCLUSIONS
This Conventional Warranty covers only the original defects of conformity of the frames and is provided exclusively in favor of buyers who are consumers or any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional activity. The Conventional Warranty does not cover the costs of workmanship for the replacement of the frame with a new one (e.g. labor costs for the replacement of the frame). These costs will in any case be quantified to the buyer before the warranty intervention is carried out.
Furthermore, all damages resulting from: normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, use of corrosive products, transport, accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence, aesthetic defects not reported to the Dealer at the time of purchase of the frame, incorrect assembly of accessories, modification of the frame by adding or modifying unauthorized components, use for an incorrect intended use, alterations in color and/or deterioration of decals and stickers (due to environmental/climatic effects and/or other harmful agents) are excluded from the Conventional Warranty. The duration of this Conventional Warranty will be calculated exclusively from the date of first purchase of the frame. Consequently, following repair or replacement of the frame, the duration of the Conventional Warranty will remain unchanged and a new warranty period will not begin to run on the repaired or replaced frame. If the need to replace the frame is recognized under this Conventional Warranty, Bianchi will have the right to deliver to the purchaser a similar frame of equal value or with equal technical characteristics, if the same frame is no longer available and/or in production.
