2027 Innovations

This year's model has been overhauled to give you an even better riding experience than with the 2026 Ultimate C380.

  • An air-shock fork is installed by default, with much more travel and noticably improved suspension than the old coil fork.
  • Integrated decceleration brake lights are installed, clearly indicating to cyclists and drivers behind you whenever the brake is used.
  • The central display is now mounted inside the stem, which is much easier to read while riding and even stronger than before.
  • The maximum loading capacity, which is now 330 lb.

    Manufacturer Warranty

    Warranty on your Gazelle bike

    Gazelle provides up to a ten-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects on the frame and non-suspension front forks covering normal treatment, use, and maintenance. There is a five-year warranty on suspension front forks. A five-year warranty period applies for paintwork on the frame and the front forks. Parts on your bicycle are covered by a two-year warranty subject to normal use and maintenance.
